主要內(nèi)容：A highly competitive research environment with increasingly limited research funding has created a “Publish or Perish” attitude among scientists who are judged on the quantity rather than quality of their research articles. This presentation provides a brief overview of current trends and challenges in scientific publishing, some ethical considerations, how publishers and authors interact and influence each other, and how the publishing arena is being transformed. Tips will be presented on how to select an appropriate journal for your paper, what aspects of preparation and presentation to focus on from an editor’s and referee’s perspective, and hints for increasing the discoverability of your paper after publication.

摘要：本次報(bào)告將介紹Wiley材料學(xué)期刊及投審稿流程，編輯怎樣篩選稿件、如何做決定，以及關(guān)于投稿和同行評審過程的實(shí)用建議，以期幫助作者提高投稿送審率與接收率。

崔肖陽：博士，副編輯，2010年于清華大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，2016年于清華大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院獲博士學(xué)位，師從張政軍教授；2016~2020在清華大學(xué)化學(xué)工程系從事博士后研究，合作導(dǎo)師為張強(qiáng)教授；2020~2021在中科院電工所擔(dān)任特別研究助理。主要研究方向?yàn)槟茉床牧想娀瘜W(xué)。2021年加入Wiley北京辦公室。目前是Advanced Energy Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, and Advanced Energy and Sustainability Research三個(gè)期刊的Associate Editor。
